Learn from 20-year veteran meditation and mindfulness teacher, Sarah Vallely. Decrease your levels of anxiety with the help of mindfulness exercises such as muscle tension awareness and relaxation, affirmations for soothing your nervous system, and tools for quieting your stress inducing thoughts. Sarah Vallely is the author of four books on the topic of meditation and mindfulness and is a mindfulness coach, helping people permanently reduce stress, heal through grief and overcome depression.

Two individual sessions at 11am & 12pm are available by appointment.
