My name is Allexis, and as a person on the spectrum, I understand exactly how massage therapy can benefit those on the spectrum as well as all other walks of life. That is part of why I’m so excited to be a part of Arms Around ASD! My natural approach to massage is a combination of therapeutic and relaxation modalities/techniques. I specialize in offering therapeutic, effective bodywork without causing pain in the process. I help facilitate getting the body into a parasympathetic state throughout your session to the best of my ability while focusing on your goals to make real change in the body and nervous system. I can’t wait to see you on my massage table!
